Launching a 360° feedback survey

To create a new survey, first, go to the 360° Surveys page. Be sure that you are on the correct review cycle (or create a new one if need be).

Press the Launch button to the right of the reviewee's name.

 In the example below, we have selected Eli as the reviewee. After clicking the Launch button for the selected reviewee, you will be brought to this screen:

When launching a new 360, there are only a few steps:

• Choose a deadline (this applies to all participants in the review)
• Choose the relevant questionnaire for this reviewee
• Select your anonymity settings
• Add participants to the review (more below)

Options for adding participants to the 360:

• Type their name/email address into the search box

• Use the Quick Add button (note that we do not require a self-review by default)

• Allow the reviewee to suggest participants

• Allow anyone in the organization to respond (open feedback)
