I can't access results (blue button is disabled) and shows message "You are not authorized to view these results."

Primalogik provides a secure platform to share results without compromising the data integrity and without providing unauthorized access.


It is possible that you see the following message displayed when looking at the results:



This means that you don't have access to those results for some reason. The usual cause for this is that you are not the manager of this person or you don't have the HR privilege. In order to better understand access controls, please refer to this article which further explains how Primalogik handles access control to results for all users.


However, it is possible that you see the above even if you do have the HR privilege (or are the administrator) if the other person is also an administrator or has HR privileges. This is done on purpose to be able to administer 360s and performance appraisals within the HR team. So, if you have the HR privilege and you want to see somebody else's results, who also has the HR privilege, the mechanism to do that would be for you to be in the management structure above that employee (either his/her direct manager or a manager of a manager - as explained in What's the importance of Departments in Primalogik 360 in managing Access Controls?
