We're pleased to announce the release of a new module within Primalogik that we call Instant Feedback. 360 surveys are a great way to engage employees on a regular basis but what if there was a way to share comments and suggestions in real-time? With our Instant Feedback module, you can do just that!
You've probably been using our Employee Journal module to keep notes on your organization's members and now, with Instant Feedback, everyone can be included in the process. Access both your private journal notes and instant feedback stream all in one place so that you can better manage your team's performance. Everything is accessible via the Continuous Feedback option on the top menu.
The Instant Feedback tool enables anyone in the organization to share feedback about any particular person (or group of people) without having to wait for a formal review process to be initiated. The goal is to give employees recognition that they deserve or to point out opportunities for improvement in a timely manner.
Users have the ability to select four different levels of visibility when making a comment about a team member:
1. Recipients only
2. HR & managers only (recipient does not see the feedback)
3. Recipients, HR & managers
4. Public (entire organization can see feedback)
From the Continuous Feedback page, you can send some feedback using the "+Add" button and select Instant Feedback. You will be prompted to enter the name or names of the feedback target(s).
Enter your comments, choose a visibility setting and press "Save feedback." Voila! Your feedback is instantly shared with the appropriate parties via email and will be displayed in the Instant Feedback stream on the dashboard.
Here's an example of the emails sent out:
You can start using the Instant Feedback module right now. Just make sure the module is enabled on the Application Modules page.
