December 21, 2014 - v2.5.1

  • Add Job Description to the list of fields that can be imported from a spreadsheet.
  • Replace Anonymity drop-down by two checkboxes in page "New 360° Feedback Survey" so that both options can be selected at the same time.
  • Fix issue causing apostrophes to be escaped as HTML entities in To Do page.

  • New! Rich text can now be entered when adding or editing questions in a questionnaire (formatting, indentation, bullet lists and hyperlinks).
  • New! It is now possible to add "text blocks", or informative sections, in questionnaires. These text blocks are displayed to respondents in the questionnaire and can optionnally be displayed on the results page.
  • Filter html from rich text areas for security reasons.
  • Fix issue causing error when editing an appraisal and the manager or department has been unassigned for the reviewee.


October 21 - v2.4.0

  • Add "Manage Account" under Admin menu and move "Settings", "Email Contents" and "Subscription" to the left menu. Split existing Settings page into "General Settings" and "Appraisals and Surveys".
  • Fix issue in Email Contents page causing the "Insert Variable" feature not to work in IE 11.
  • New! Add "Results Notes" section in Appraisals and Surveys settings to enabled/disable results notes and configure field labels.
  • New! Display results notes in results page and allow reviewee and/or manager to edit them.
  • Remove auto-numbering of sections in questionnaire and results page.
  • Fix bug in comparison filter (results page) causing selection not to work as expected.

  • New! Allow customization of the application logo (and the logo included in all email notifications and reminders). Administrators can now upload and set an organization-specific logo.
  • Fix issue that prevented the Questionnaire menu to display properly for users that have only the "Questionnaire Management" privilege.
  • Fix problem that caused welcome emails (the ones sent to users that register for free trials) to fail. The problem was introduced in v2.2.4.


June 29 - v2.2.4

  • Add feature to disable results comparison for an organization.
  • Fix bug that prevented appraisals to be displayed when there where no responses provided (form completed with zero responses).
