  • Goal Explorer: Improvements to keep the tree open after saving a goal; fixed some display issues for goals that have been rated or verified.
  • Participant suggestions for 360 surveys: When changing the setting to automatically approve the suggestions, preexisting pending suggestions now get immediately approved.

  • Cascading Goals: Added the ability to edit goals through the Goal Explorer.
  • Chat widget: It is now possible to show and hide the Chat widget through the Help & Support menu (the Chat widget can be used by Administrators to chat with Primalogik support).
  • Rating Averages and Detailed Assessment Results reports: Added columns for Gender and Ethnicity as well as corresponding filters.
  • Rating Scales: It is now possible to create rating scales with only two options.
  • Review Cycles page: Added filters for "Archived" and "Allow goals".
  • Results page: Show the Total as a category in the spider graph, when applicable.
  • PDF reports: When exporting reports to PDF, page numbers are now included by default. It is possible to remove the page numbers through a backend config.
  • Batch updates for 360 surveys: Sending notifications to participants about the changes is now optional.
  • Rating Averages report: Fixed an issue causing the rating bars to show an extra tick when the rating scale includes N/A.
  • Other minor bug fixes and improvements.


November 25, 2023 - v6.1.6

  • Goals Explorer: New page displaying cascading goals in a tree-like view, showing the relations between parent and child goals.
  • Approval for sharing results: When the workflow requires approval by both higher level manager and HR admin, the higher level manager can now also approve as HR admin if there is no other HR admin in the organization.
  • Reports filters: Fixed issue causing the filter dialog to extend beyond the page when some names were very long.
  • Other minor bug fixes and improvements.

  • Cascading goals: Display the name of the parent goal under the name of each goal, in the Goals page.

  • Cascading goals: When this new feature is enabled, goals can be organized in a tree-like structure, with parent goals and child goals. The progress of the child goals is reflected in the parent.
  • Azure AD integration: Automatically initiate SSO login when the user clicks a link in a Primalogik email notification.
  • User management: Fixed a bug that prevented permanently deleting a user when that user was a team manager.
  • Goals: Added a column showing the number of key results in the dialog used to copy goals from the Job Type library.

  • Goals: Many changes and improvements to key results and the way goal progress is tracked. Key results can now be tracked as either milestones or as quantifiable targets.
  • 360 Surveys - Participant Suggestions: Added setting to define a minimum and a maximum number of participant suggestions to provide.
  • Detailed Opinion Survey Results report: Fixed an issue causing the Team filter to be reset when navigating to another page.
  • Goals: Fixed usability issues when editing goals from the questionnaire page.
  • 360 Surveys: Fixed potential concurrency issue when batch launching 360 surveys with Open Feedback option.
  • ADP and Azure AD integrations: Fixed issue causing the state of the integration to not be reflected in the UI immediately when the integration is disabled or set to manual/auto.

  • Rating Matrix: Added the option to display instructions above the matrix in the questionnaire and results pages.
  • Rating Matrix - Scatter plot: When multiple employees are at the exact same spot, the popup will display the list of employees.
  • Rating Matrix report: When the questionnaire contains a rating matrix entry, the corresponding axes will be pre-selected in the report. 
  • Rating Matrix report: Fixed display issue when changing filter selection.
  • ADP Integration: When accessing Primalogik through an email link, automatically authenticate users through SSO.
  • ADP Integration: Improved handling of users having the same email address in ADP.
  • Goals evaluation: Goals are now sorted alphabetically in the questionnaire and results page.

  • Rating Matrix: Fixed an issue causing an error in 360 surveys when participant is not assigned

  • New Rating Matrix feature: It is now possible to display rating results as a two dimension matrix, with each axis representing a section from the questionnaire. This can be used, among other things, to plot employee performance/potential as a "9-box matrix", as it is often called.
  • Check-in reminders: They are now sent in the morning (instead of the night), relative to the reference time zone.
  • User import: Improved error handling, now more explicit when manager does not have the Employee privilege.
  • Questionnaire: Display rating scale at the beginning of each section.
  • Questionnaire edit preview: Added Back button and improved navigation.
  • ADP integration: Added link to Canadian Marketplace (in addition to US one).
  • Assessment Bias report: Fixed an issue causing an error when a manager tries to view the report.
  • Other minor bug fixes and improvements.
