When filling out an appraisal or a 360 on someone, you may want to pull up the Instant Feedback notes submitted on them.
In the following example, we are completing a 360 review on Frank. I want to see all of the notes created about him to make sure that I'm not missing out on any key events that have happened in this review period.
Press the drop-down arrow next to the reviewee's name and select Instant Feedback.
A popup will then appear showing all the notes created on Frank where the visibility settings selected permit me to see them.
The popup window can be clicked and dragged to any position in your browser window. If you select any ratings or type in a free-text response, the window will not automatically close on you.
