What if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time, after three months of service. We'd like to keep you as a happy customer for a long time but if for whatever reason you want to cancel your subscription, email us at support@primalogik.com and we'll take care of it. Before processing the cancellation we'll ask you to complete a very short form to confirm that you want to proceed with the cancellation and that you acknowledge that your data will be lost once the cancellation is completed.
