Within Primalogik, you have the option to use different rating scales for each section you set up. Just under the section where you would normally select your rating scale, you will see an option titled "Allow a different rating scale for each section." Select this checkbox to enable the multiple rating scales feature.
After you've selected this option, you can set the rating scale for each section by clicking the edit/'pencil' icon next to the section's name. A floating pop-up window will appear where you can then select which rating scale you'd like to apply to that section.
Note: If you do enable this option, the system will not give a final average score on the target employee's report as the average would have a rather ambiguous meaning since all sections have different scales.
