You can invite participants outside of your organization to participate in a 360 or opinion survey.
We call this feature "External Users". The feature is not enabled by default on your account, so if you would like us to enable the feature for you, please let us know.
The advantage of external users is that they will not need to use a password to connect to Primalogik to respond to a survey.
A Primalogik subscription includes a small number of external users (10% of your user subscription or 5, whichever number is greater) at no extra cost. If you need a larger number of external users, let us know, as those can be added at a small fee.
With the feature enabled, you will see a new option, "External...", when inviting participants to a survey.
You can use it to invite someone by entering an Email address and a name like so:
