What happens if an HR user is the reviewee in a 360?

Modified on Mon, Nov 25 at 2:22 PM

In most cases, it is important to make sure that the HR administrator who is to be the reviewee is not the person who is launching the review. In Primalogik, the person who launches a survey always has access to the results page without the need of sharing.

When someone else launches (i.e. their manager or another HR user), the results will not be available until the Share button is pushed on the Results page.

As long as the anonymity setting to allow reviewees to identify respondents is not selected, then there is no danger that the HR user/reviewee will be able to identify respondents. So even if you select the option to allow HR users to identify respondents, the reviewee here will still be blocked from seeing respondent names because you did not select the last checkbox.

Important note regarding access to results pages of other HR users

In the case where two individuals with HR privilege are evaluated, they will not be able to see each other's assessments (applies to both 360s and appraisals) unless one of those individuals is the manager of the other.

If one HR user clicks the Results button for another HR user, they will see the following. Notice that the user can still share the results with the reviewee though.

The only exception to this is for a Full Administrator. Someone with the top-level Administrator status can see anything and everything in the system.
