To initiate a new performance appraisal, go to the Appraisals page. Once you find the person you want to evaluate (the reviewee), click on Launch next to their name.
Select:
- Use the Assessment Launch option to decide if you want to launch the assessment immediately or at a future date. If you decide to launch it in the future, the assessment will be saved and remain as "scheduled". Invitations will be sent out on the morning of the date selected.
- Deadline for self-evaluation
- Deadline for manager evaluation
- Questionnaire
Once you're done, click on "Launch and Send Notifications" (or "Save" when scheduling for later). The system will automatically send an email invitation to the reviewee (the manager will not be notified until the employee presses Submit on their self-review).
