Your account may be locked for two different reasons:
- Account is automatically locked after a number of unsuccessful login attempts
- Account status is switched to locked by your Primalogik administrator
If you entered your password incorrectly too many times, the easiest thing to do is simply reset your password.
If you did not enter your password incorrectly, that means your account has been locked by your administrator. In this situation, you need to reach out to your Primalogik administrator. If you are not sure who this is, you can go to your Contact page to find out.
You will see your system administrator's contact info on the following page.
Please Note: Primalogik staff members are not able to unlock accounts without an explicit written request from one of the active Primalogik Administrators.
For Primalogik Administrators
If you have been contacted by a user to unlock their account, you can do so by going to the Users page and pressing Edit next to their name.
Switch the account status from Locked to Active and be sure to press the Save button at the bottom of the page.
