Today we're introducing a new and better way to view and navigate goals across your organization. We're introducing Goal Explorer, a hierarchical display of your cascading goals that will allow you to see progress of goals and easily identify goal ownership.
With Cascading Goals you can align individual goals with team and company goals. Goal Explorer will allow you to navigate those goals and easily determine the progress of goals at any level of the goal hierarchy. It will also allow you to drill down to the individual goal level.
Navigating the Goal Tree
Once in the Goal Explorer page, you can use the search box on the right to filter goals by title.
The main Goal Filter option allows you to see all your goals or only the ones you own:

The new page is now accessible via the left menu. Note that the Explorer option will only be available if you have at least one review cycle that allows cascading of goals.
Manager always had access to a team overview page. That page is now more easily accessible via the Team Overview option under Goals.
